What I found interesting is that the couple got to only 150 miles from their destination before they were unable to continue because finally of the law. Listening to the police conversation it was apparent that even they failed to put a good reason why they were being stopped (only three times was it?) The reason why they were arrested was for 'disturbing the peace'. However, when they were stopped I could not see any evidence of any real disturbance!! However, there were the very small minority that made a fuss about it. I personally feel that we should all be free to wear as much or as little (or nothing) as we wish. I fail to see that any part of the body is so terrible that we are legally required to cover it up. As for the whole body being beautiful ... well that is a matter of opinion, and not be a real part of the debate. I would also like to comment about the point about children seeing nudity. Children do not normally have any problem with nudity themselves, it is only when adults are successful in corrupting children into thinking that nudity is wrong is only when children negatively react. Those adults are usually the ones that associate nudity with sexuality. This is something completely different . It is about time are archaic laws are changed. To use police time on these issues are clearly a complete waste of time and money and only about “being seen to do something”. I would have thought they really would have had something better to do. Naked walks serve nothing other then for the gratification of the person doing it....and it should be kept private.after all...there are enough places/functions for nudists to let it all hang out, As for the body being beautiful, some with near perfect bodies look nice, but many average Joe's bodies (including mine) are only palatable to those we love. I certainly wouldnt want to be naked rambling in some of the places I've been, I'd have been leaving important bits hanging on the brambles, I cant understand whypeople would want to ramble naked in our climate and as for the human body being bootiful, well Lin you aint seen mine, after 70 years it would curdle milk if exposed :-)))))))) Len

I dont see what anyone can get out of walking around in the 'skuddy' too cold here for a start. As long as they do it private that's fine but I dont want see them and I dont think it should be shoved in our faces,more so for children. I walked into the nudist beach in Gran Canaria, we were on it before we realised. For what I saw it aint beautiful lol Marion
