Heather, Thank you for being brave enough to put up this thread. To everyone who has had a terrible year I really feel for you. I have had a few of them in my life. Remember what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. You will survive even though it seems so difficult at times. I wish you all a wonderful 2006. Hugs to you all. Jean x. |

Big ((((Hugs))) to all of you that have not had a happy year. This year has not been kind to me either and when I have felt real blue I have thanked God for the roof over my head and the food in my stomach. May the new year bring health and happiness to all of us. Lindy xx |

Guys, many thanks for your kind thoughts and I send mine to you. Thought this would cheer you up. We went to our towns sort of Ground Hog Day last night and Ive just had a phone call to say I won a hamper in a raffle. Little things like that cheer you up, dont they. |

Heather, your thread shows that there are lots of us who can't wait to see the end of this year. It's been more 'Annus horribilus' than the A.H. year the Queen had. I think that when the clock strikes midnight on 31st Dec, 2005, we should all raise a glass to each and every one of us on here, that 2006 should be a flipping sight better for all of us. Cheers folks - good health, wealth and happiness to come. |

Amen to that one. Two deaths this year for me too. Plus going to the doctors to sort out daughter's Enuresis (Bedwetting) 3 times. 4 trips to A & E this year. 3 for eldest daughter and once for myself. 4 trips to Court to give evidence and either the defendant or witness didn't turn up. Car needing a new clutch. What next?!!! Joy |

Hi Heather, all the replies are lovely on here, though Jess' (and somebody else - sorry, forgot your name!) reply really says what I'd say. As for the person or persons that have it in for you on here - medos! (Think about it lol) x |

Dont know Mandy, but I bet someone would buy it! May be a perv though! My sister got all excited that Take That are getting back together because she had bought a bottle of their perfume or something from a jumble sale and kept it in the hope one day it would be worth money. She looked on e-bay - bottles going for £4.50 - no fortune for her to retire on then. |
