I have impeccable taste and am perfectly well thank you CB and Andy! Shall clout you with my good arm in a minute! lol I do love Bryan Adams (not all his stuff though) and as for My heart will go on and I will always love you - aaaarrrrgggghhhh. However, Staying Alive and Three Times a Lady have HUGE sentimental value to me so yes, I do love them! Jean - Mr Clooney. Oh yes, Yes, YES! Daisy |

I have started listening to more soul & funk of late, namely Otis Redding, James Brown, Average White Band....music that I've liked but until now never taken the opportunity to listen further. |

Sorry Jean! LOL I'm afraid neither John Travolta in flares, nor the Bee Gees' music ever quite captured what 'Disco' meant to me. It was all too 'manufactured' and nothing like my own experience of the early days of London discotheques - that was mainly Soul music (Booker T, Wilson Pickett, Sam & Dave, Otis Redding, etc), not candy floss pop. Different world entirely. I used to like the Bee Gees in their earlier days though, and my husband bought a double CD of their hits at Christmas. It was nice to hear their old songs again, as I lost half 'my' record collection when I got divorced, so a lot of 60s and early 70s stuff went in the opposite direction. Still don't like Bryan Adams though. (Sorry Daisy) CB >|< |

CB How can you hate Stayin Alive. Every time I hear that I can see John Travolta strutting his stuff. Magic. Daisy, ER has had more than its fair share of fancyiable (is that a word?) men. Gorgeous George (and I don't mean Galloway) : Mark Green.,John Carter and now the divine Luka. Roll on Sunday night. Jean x. |

Andy, It's her arm that's injured, not her ears! I seen it with me own eyes. --- I usually end up loathing songs that get overplayed on the radio and hang around the charts for what seems like decades, so I really hate - Bryan Adams singing 'Everything I Do, I Do It For You' Lionel Ritchie's '3 Times a Lady' The Bee Gees 'Stayin' Alive' Whitney Houston's 'I Will Always Love You' Celine Dion's 'My Heart Will Go On' (or whatever it's called - theme from the Titanic film) CB >|< |

lol, no had to disappear off for a few mins. Mind you the thought of some twin-headed monster comprising of Radio 1's rubbish chart fodder and Radio 2's mediocrity finding its way into my eardrums while I'm sleeping is the stuff of nightmares. |

Christine I think the amount of exposure I've had to Westlife is quite enough thanks... each to their own though. Paul (quite liked Guns and Roses in their heydey though) |
