Stalking burns a lot of calories Bec. I'm really surprised never to find it on the healthy exercise lists. |

I only like chicken and Turkey really. Bacon too but that can be quite fatty. Plus who would cook all this meat? Me? Har |

Sure to be on the bestseller list in no time. Especially if the book cover is a plain white jacket with just a close up shot of those smouldering eyes. |

Try taking a vitamin supplement. Ask the Dr for blood tests for thyroid or diabetes. You can go in one of those mobile units outside tesco. Hope you're not depressed as that can make you tired. Claire |

Have a medical check-up, including an ECG. Could be furred-up or narrowed arteries. Young men can get this too. len |

Daniel, You're not eating enough breakfast. You need plenty of protein and carbs to start the day, fuel for your body or it starts to run sluggish. ie tiredness?? try a fruit smoothie and wholemeal toast for brekky. Stay away from commercial breaky bars (if that's what you are eating) as they are full of sugar that burns energy quicker, leaving you feeling hungry and depleted by mid morning. And make the smoothie with full cream milk or yoghurt, none of this low fat sh*t. Someone of your age would use a lot of energy during the day, your body can cope with full strangth stuff. Listen to a Mummy who sends a dancer out into the world everyday. Rebs x |

My 17 year old is always tired and feels dreadful every morning, trying to get him up is a real struggle.( He is specially tired when asked to do something he doesn't want todo) but he has been doing a lot of studying and finding it all a bit stressful - are you? I see you have had a cold, how about Vit C supplements, my son has just had another cold so is now taking 500mg Vit C time release tablets twice a day. He says it has helped him get over his cold better than usual. He is also taking a short course of echinacea to boost his immune system. Hope you feel better soon! Chris PS Rebs has a point, thoses cereal bars are full of sugar, and what about tea? how much sugar do you put in that or on cereal-something to look out for! |

Try porrige as a start for the day - the oldies knew a thing or two - it is very healthy and is a slow burner - keeping you going until lunchtime. Ann |
