Paul CM - LOL You're a wicked s o d sometimes! Bec - (favourite saying coming up! lol) - You sometimes get there quickest by going more slowly. Don't try to rush things along by going over the top - be you and if he fails to see how nice you are that's his look out. You don't have to prove anything to anyone. Ok? Mags xx |

Mags.... Bec... try too hard ? never !!! lol I'd agree though, £40 champagne is perhaps a little over the top.. find out if he likes red or white, and then take a couple of decent bottles... should manage that for less than £20. |

Bec- save the 40 quid bottle of champagne for another time! - it's tooooo much! Take something like strawberries and cream - either as dessert or....whatever comes to mind really! ;-) The wine is a good idea - if it doesn't get used, it keeps. Don't go over the top - you are trying too hard. Mags xx |

Thanks Mandy, He's a real Man's Man so don't think flowers would be appreciated... Not sure he's a massive Lambrini fan either... I do have a niceish (£40) bottle of Champagne here so might take that.... xx |

What's the equivalent of buying a lady a bunch of flowers for a date, for a man? |
