Evening all, aren't we all getting so clever, moving data, 4 way conversations, etc etc. . . Men are so lucky to have us women around aren't they! Yes Trifley, Ray and I get such a laugh out of Grumpy Old Women - so much of it just relates to the age bracket - not just the gender! Anna, glad you and K are doing OK. Well Tony & Barb are on the last leg - poor Tony will need to take another week off work to empty his emails, I have been good and only sent a couple by mistake when I forgot to take him off the mailing list. I know what its like! Going to be great to have them home - Missed you mate! I have actually found a few good little bits & pieces on Origins - even a bit in Ireland! Best of all I have learnt a little more about what is on the site so thats good. Lew, Ray & I will be there . . . but we already have the loft at the Blest house booked ! They will have a baby for the grand aunt to spoil then too!!! Shearing started today out at the farm, so the family are all busy, talking to sister Marie tonight, she is pooped from being shearers cooks offsider. Fingers crossed the rain stays away from W/Wyalong so they can get it over and done with. The week after next they start out at Nephews property out near Cobar. I know its because of the wool - but it just seems cruel to shear in the cold weather - poor cold sheep! Forgot to cut up the fruit salad for Rays lunch tomorrow, so off to do that before I go to bed. Talk later cheers luv Laurie

Well I started today to clean out my drawers and you should see the paper recycling bin which thank God goes out tonight.. Full to the brim again..The collector will wander what I am up to...We must settle before the 11/8/02 so that is not to far away and it cant come fast enough..OOOHHHH I am so excited...I have chucked out my collection of caravan and camping magazines and lots of old maps we used for searching for gold.. Dont worry I only got rid of the ones that I know off by heart...and all those birthday cards one hates to throw out..cant believe how empty things are getting.... Afternoon Wokklers. We is at Singapore Airport ( at the Mo )5:45 pm Tuesday arvo, waiting for flight home. Fly out at 7:45 pm.....arrive back in Malbin at 4:45 am Wednesday morn ( yaaaaaaawn ) s'cuse me......bloody tired. Will catch up with everyone in cuppla days. My suitcase came in at 19.04kg Barb's suitcase came in at 31.5kg...???? just under the 32kg allowance...... must be a girl thing.....:>)))))....something to do with shopping she says?? Hello everyone I've had a very busy day...joined in a foursome with SuzyQ, Devily and the retired Dr Crew. Women multi tasking as usual.....keeping 2 or 3 conversations going at once....lol After that I tackled the job of transferring my FH files from the old '98' to the new lap top. After 2 hours of fiddling around with a memory stick, I DID IT! I got all the files across to the programme in the new lap top and everything is working well. Aren't I a clever little person? Now I'm covered should anything go pear shaped. Lew....I saw Jack! I guess the old eyes aren't so bad after all. Is the telescope good for star gazing? Anna...I've been thinkning of you & Katherine today. Big hugs for you both. Yvette....how you feeling? Big ~~~~~waves and happy thoughts to everyone I haven't mentioned.
