Jood, I'm on broadband at home but daughter uses up most of our allowance....aren't kids great...lol But I can access my (hotmail) at work and download all the big stuff there. I think I forgot to say how cute Lucas is, takes after you does he?? Wonder how Vonnie is? Spoke to Kate(D in London) last night and she was telling me about India. She flew there for work over the weekend, there has been lots of rain and she was wandering through the markets in water up to her knees and the stall holders were trying to sell them shoes...lol She was upset at the amount of poverty. Families living on the side of the freeways with only a sheet of plastic for a home, little kids begging everywhere you look. She is such a sot hearted person and these sites really upset her. ok lunch over back to work, chat later Jude2

I think the reason why rabbits are banned in Qld is because they are considered a pest. A friend of my daughters had a pet rabbit about 25 years ago here in Qld. He was pure white, hence his name 'Snowball'. One day OH bought a rabbit home to make rabbit stew. Neither of the kids could eat it as they could only think of Snowball. He didn't mind, had the stew all to himself. What sort of medication do you take - re headaches. Do you get migranes? Wonder when Tony and Barb are going to surface. Nice day here on Bribie but there is a chilly wind blowing. Found it really hard riding into the wind this morning. Nearly time for lunch, what to have ....mmmmmmmm Pam

G'day Waffling/Wattlers, A sparkling sunny day in the Gong after the rain we had. Welcome home Tony/Barb when you surface. Mary know what you mean about all the paper, I still have my 21st cards, wedding cards horseshoe's( the card type which was popular back in the 60's in UK). all major Birthday Cards. Programmes from shows in the UK and the list goes on. Maybe I will have to do an album(scapbook on that) food for thought.Also thanks for pic. Jood little Lucas is gorgous isen't he. Laurie Hope you have a great Me day Enjoy We are looking after a rabbit for son while they are away, other animals spread around rest of family. i had a yukky bcc removed from my forehead. it kept coming back so the plastic surgeon it was. doctor(or the plastic surgeeon would do it in the surgery) i didn't think it would cause me so much grief. from eyebrows up is encased in sticky plaster with a huge pad. they've taken part of my hairline away , but can't see it . looks like a mega alice band. that was the warning to the sun lovers. i love the beach and the sun -the whole kit and kaboodle , i've always been pretty cautious too, but we arrived in australia 14 Jan 1967. sun burn for 2 summers straight no doubt as we lived across the road from the beach. The rest of my family have quite olive skin and dark hair. i got the pale skin , blonde hairblue eyes - definitely could have been adopted! anyway... moaning's pointless. wouldn't mind a museum nudge today. 2 of the kids have been to the Crime and Justice Museum in Sydney and reckon its really fabulous. good day for sydney in general i think. lotsa love yvette

Good morning all . . can hear our little Melburnian travellers snooring form here !!! Joodles, the sun is out here too - but there is a haze over the city, so the view of the giraffes is not too clear - but I can make out that there are 5 with their heads up. I have decided to have a 'ME' day today - I'm off to the city to do a gallery/museum crawl. Every time I go into the city I am in such a hurry to get out again that I dont take time to enjoy - today will be different! . . . Or when I do go to museum/galleries, I have visitors or Ray with me so I dont get time to ponder. Today I am going to be totally selfish and absorb! I have a list of places I want to go - from one end of the city to the other, so today I am one of the tourists in Sydney! Yvette - hope your feeling a bit better today, not fair is it to have to pay now, for a childhood in the sun. ~~~~~ to everyone else, have a good one . . . TIP OF THE DAY . . . Morning Lovelies. The fog has descended upon Mudgee and I can't see past the front fence. It's also quite cold and we have just had to put the air con on. What exactly did you have done Yvette? .. Hope you are on the way to recovery now. The poor english are having a heat wave they say - about 90 deg. .. They don't know what hot weather is, do they lol. .. Personally I'd rather be up in FNQ where Lara is, the weather is ideal in winter. Nice clear day here today in the mountains, not a cloud in the sky, very different to yesterday. .. I reckon if there were giraffes to be seen, I could see them! .. Morning all, might get a bit more of the day in today.If i stay away from those painkillesrs i might be right , golly they are certainly effective. i'm sure all of the family has enjoyed me being quiet too. i 'think' i watched 3 more movies yesterday, Chololat Big fat Greek wedding and Million Dollar Baby it was like a movie marathon, with intermission for food toilet and drugs. Goes as a warning to all those people in Britain (unfairly) enjoying glorious weather while we freeze our bums off - i'm not bitter at all- wear a hat and sunscreen, because skin cancer is not a joke! I didn't have time to spend on it unfortunately. Probably too late now. Dr said blood pressure was up (2nd time in 2 weeks) - hmmm. I dont have blood pressure normally, I mean I am not on medication for it - nor do I want to. ..Damn. .. I have a headache this morning which is not a good sign. Jood

Just found a will on origins that fingers crossed is going to open doors - plus I found out why my gtgtgtgrandparents (two convicts) never married - he was married before he got nicked !!!
