Evening all - glad you found the thread Vicki . . . take no notice of any of them . . . there all normal !!! Its just the rest of the world that has a problem! Had the big day at the pamper shop today, hair is cut and coloured, eye lashes tinted, eyebrows waxed, nails are done - of course there had to be a drama . . . gets home and finds a big blob of wax in the hair, hurt trying to pull it out - so I melted it with the hairdryer, ended up spreading it didn't I - DAHHH! Dont know why I didn't use the old Eucalyptus oil in the first place. Got two wills through from Society of Genealogists today, they didn't write them so they would be easy for us to read did they - I gave up trying to understand them - will leave it for another day. They are the wills of my 3 & 4 gtgrandfathers. Suitcases all but packed - just the last minute stuff to throw in, we are carrying one large extra suitcase full of work 'stuff' . . . couldn't have planned it better if I tried, lots of shopping to do so I dont carry it back empty. Dont want to damage the baggage handlers - can you imagine the damage it would cause if one went to pick up a very large suitcase and found it to be empty - the body would have been prepared to lift something heavy and untold damage may be done to the back. (sounds reasonable to me tee heee) Will catch you all tomorrow - not leaveing till after lunch - but will be online most days anyway so will be able to keep up with whats doing. (Shops in Jakarta dont open till 10am) Time difference is 3hours behind. Night all cheers luv Laurie

Hello there folks. Vicki Reedy here. Laurie told me to drop in and say HI. So Hi. I have been contacted by quite a few distant cousins via GR and think is it wonderful. Laurie tells me that this is a wonderful little group and I hope that you will let me join in. I have been researching my various tree branches for about 4 years or so and have been a member of GR for about 2. I spread myself a little thin at times and must admit that I probably haven't used the site to its full potential. That is about to change. I live in Toowoomba Queensland with my husband and 3 grown sons. I am addicted to genealogy.

We used to take the kids camping for Easter and the school holidays at Lennox Heads, NSW - just bewdiful - on the beach and beside the lake. 6 families used to go every year and we had a ball. Long weekends, we'd go with the same group to Binna Burra, O'Reillys and other places in the surrounding areas. If it rains just send it up here to Bris, we really need it.
