Hi Jood, Congratulations on the new tooth. My nephew was actually born with teeth. We have a photo of him where he can just sit up on his own and he has a full set of teeth. It looks really funny. He also has had very good teeth all his life, 38 now, he ate tons of lollies as a child and iI don't think he has even had a filing or a tooth out. My brother is the same. Some people get all the luck. Are you all better now? |

I'm here Suzy - just! Been out to a friends place for lunch, just checking in to see what everyone was waffling about - nothing new except your message. But ...... Miracle baby Lucas, 12 weeks old tomorrow, has just cut his second tooth! - I'm amazed! Better get down to some serious work now, like FH. Hope the girls are all having fun at their luncheon. Suzy I missed the skating last night as was out. Jackie Kelly lives somewhere around here, her area is the Blue Mountains. Jood |

Hi, Its very quiet here today, where is every one I have just been watching dancing on ice. Taped it last night. Best part of that is that I can skip the bits I don't want to watch. I quite liked it and thought that they all did very well. I am hopeless on ice. My legs just move further and further apart until I am doing the splits, so I think they all very brave. i particularly was interested in Jaquie kelly. We met her once on the spit at Southport and chatted to her for ages. She was very nice and friendly and so was her husband. Well, not much to say no one about, so I will just have to get back to FH for the day Luv SuzyQ |

Morning All. Had a nice little sleep in. Laurie, have a wonderful time. I like the way you justifiied bringing home a full suitcase. Very considerate of you thinking of the baggage handlers like that, lol. Glad you all like the moon photo. It was pretty spectacular and we should get another one tonight. Vicki, I'm not sure you can get the 'From Blarney to Blue Gums' book, as it was published back in 1996 and basically only for the family who put orders in. If you give me some of Gary's family details, I'll see if he's related. I can then copy the relevant bits of the book. Now don't you believe anything these naughty people tell you. I can assure you that I am completely sane, it's just that all the other refuse to take all the pills I give them, lol. Devily, I'm pleased that the antihydroponics are kicking in. Nothing worse that a sore tooth. Well, Tony's given me heaps of info on my Mulcare family, so it looks like I'll be spending the day on the Family Tree, again! Trifley, don't forget to wave to our SuzyQ today and hope you have a great lunch. Have a couple of sherrys, for medicinal purposes of course. Ooo, SuzyQ, matching earrings! How fancy. Got the feather boa as well? Cat, will you stop rolling your eyes! The wind will change and you'll stay like that. btw, nice photos of the Chester Meet. I was particularly taken with Honey Rum's dancing technique, lol. Chat with you all soon Lew Lew xxx |

GOOD MORNING , Just thought some of you may need waking up. Not used to being on here so early, but Neville is out and won't be back until this afternoon. While the cats away the mice will play. Laurie, maybe you should exchange names with lew, you sound like a 'Ms never pay retail' LOL Welcome Vicki, don't believe any of them, I am the sane one, I used to be very innocent until this lot corrupted me. I will say in their defence though, if you are ever feeling down this is the place to be. Insanity does have its benefits. Stick with us and you will see what I mean. Forgot to mention yesterday, my new tarara is silver, didn't want the Queen to feel I had out done her. It does have a very large diamond in the centre and wait for it Matching ear-rings. I bought it yesterday whilst out with Neville. I dragged him into my favourite shop, something Clarkes it is called. I had trouble getting him out, and had to use the plastic with all the stuff he put in my basket. Oh that rhymes I a poet and I didn't know it. Trifly, when you are in Tamborine, take a trip to where the hang gliders go from and you can wave to me. I think it is Long Road. Hope you have a great lunch, but save some room for tomorrow Happy camping Yvette, I have done my exercises you will be pleased to know. Jill I always buy that saline solution from the vets for cleaning woulds on my pets. It is the one you use to clean out their ears. If I have run out I use salt water. Thanks for the list Tony. Are you back down to earth now? Thanks for the moon photos. I can never get them to come out on photos. I do know that it is like daylight at 3am when I let the cat out. This is turning into a marathon so I will go. Back later Luv SuzyQ |

Good morning Wafflers . . . Well, Ray tells me he wants me ready to go to the airport in 5 hrs time . . . Only got about 8hrs of jobs to fit in so I'll be right . . . I am woman . . . (Hes gone off to the office for a couple of those hours) Isn't that nice of Julie to organise our accomodation for us in the UK - seems all we have to do is win enough for our tickets and she will arrange the rest. Miss sweet and inocent rolls her eyes . . . for goodness sake! Jill we used to take our mob camping up that area all the time too - Stinson, Yellowpinch, there are some great places in the bush around Rathdowney - favourite of all time though was out past Stanthorpe at Sundowner National Park. Youngest son was only taking us down memory lane on the weekend recalling the monster lizzies at Mt Barney, and building a bathtub in the creek by making a dam with the stones. Pride of place on our living room walls are 3 pastels done by a very good friend, for us, of Mt Lindsay, Mt Barney & Flinders Peak. Dont worry about my plastic in Jakarta folks - its in good hands (teehee) - exchange rate is sitting arount 7,000rp for the dollar - I can get a Latte for around 4,500rp - heaps different to the $15 ones I had in London! Just before Christmas Ray & I took the staff from the office over there to dinner, 18 people to a really great seafood restraunt and the bill incl drinks was 450,000 rp! We stay at the Dusit hotel, directly opposite (and connected by overhead walkways) 'ITC' & 'Pasar Bagi' two enormous market places, where you soon learn the fine art of bartering. Bogor, the home of the textile industry (heaps of factories that have the contracts for most of the big brand names) is just a 2hr drive up the mountain - and most of the factories have shops on site! My friends over there have taught me well - shop locally not in the dept stores! Will go get the jobs done now . . . and if I run out of time - will try and catch up from the Qantas Club !! cheers luv Laurie |

Thankyou all for the wonderful welcome. Sorry that I didn't reply to anyone but just after I sent my first message our area was blacked out by fallen power lines and power wasn't back until after midnight. I was asleep by then. Lew - No that is not me but I am interested in the book that you told Laurie about. Do you know where I can get me hands on a copy? Most of Gary's folks ended up in the area near Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. I am sorry that I won't be able to get down to the coast on Thursday to meet up with you but this week is kinda busy. Hopefully next time. |
