Hello Wafflers Well it's that time of year again.....tax time. I've got all the paperwork together and when the last group cert comes in it can all go to the accountant. Thank the gods it only comes once a year. The usual round of evening phone calls tonight. Even got one from my sister who is holidaying in Europe. It's wonderful to have such a loving, supportive family. I'm all ready....x-rays, reports, blood tests done...now I just sit and wait to see the doc on Monday. I know I haven't been on here much but I have kept up with your posts and they give me a laugh and brighten my day......thanks you wonderful peeps. I'll check back later. love Trifley X

Just back from the War memorial - staff social evening - and we saw 'The March of the Penguins' Brilliant. How did your lunch go Lew??? Evening Wattlers Very quiet day today over here, stayed inside in the warm, with rain forecast for the weekend. Tony I hope you enjoy the movies, and if it is anything like over here, hide the popcorn very well, as not sure about in Vic, but here you are not allowed to take anything into the cinema's that isnt bought there. My ex mil who is a diabetic had some lollies in her bag incase she took a hypo and she had to throw them out if she wanted to go in as she didnt buy them at the shop in the cinema's. Didya win some free tickets Tony? Seems like a wet weekend is forecast. .. I know the whole of the east coast was supposed to get rain today - we got a bit. .. And cold to boot. I'm not complaining - really - but I have to go out tomorrow night - a fair drive - something like 35 minutes. .. Would hate to be driving in heavy rain, that scares me, especially as I am going down the mtn sideways which has 3 hairpin bends. .. I'm familiar with them, but I like to be able to see the road, not when its blinding rain. .. :( I'm going to a Dutch dinner at the Dutch Club - its Rembrandt's 400th birthday apparently. .. Should be an ok night. Jood
