Hi kids, we're just back from dinner (midnight) and we've had a very nice time, lol. We both ordered the most expensive entrees and mains, but the beauty is that the owner of the restaurant (who's also a friend) had already booked up a bottle of Moet to the table for our arrival, heeeee. I'll tell you more in the morning. Lew Lew xxx

Hello all ,sorry didn't get back until now re the Bocci went to a barbeque tonight at the Kurrimine Holiday Park where we stayed last year we were invited by the owners of the park they are the lovliest people, just a pity that Tully is closer to Dunk Island View where we are staying this year as we had done for 6 years before we changed last year because new people bought this park and put the weekly rates up from $135 a week to $235 a week would you believe but they soon realised what a mistake they had made when nobody came here last year. So they put them back down to $165 compared to $130 at Kurrimine Beach but as nobody there played Golf and there is three regular golfers here and they take it in turns to take their cars so petrol is not as bad and we are a lot closer to Tully here so we are here for a of couple months and Tiger pays for a 3 month membership at Tully Golf Club, and this Van Park now gives you the 6th week free too so makes it much of a muchness really as far as fees go so the thing that bought us back here was the beach is lovely and the other golfers for Mike to go with. We played our friends and quite frankly kicked A**e but only first round so some much better Bocciest(?) coming up. Trifley nice to have the drainage tube out I bet rest and relax darlin while you can and don't fret about anything except getting well ok .congrats to Katherine Anna hope it went well again.Have to go to noddy land started to feel a bit weary love to all Lara

Hello Wattlers Lew...loved the joke, where on earth do you get them? How yummy was the most expensive item on the menu? It must be the time of year for Vet visits. Graeme had to take Jessie for her annual checkup and injections yesterday. A quick way to spend $150. It's a pity Mark never wanted to be a Vet...lol Laurie....you must be a great comfort to Denny's parents at this difficult time. I hope the best decisssion is made soon. Jill....good luck with the g-son next week. At least you will have tried. Is he in any way artistic? Perhaps art and craft things might show him his inner talents. Or gardening...getting dirty is always theraputic. No... those ideas aren't any good. I forgot you had to make it boreing. I sometimes have my little nieces here and they love to do craft. The time is NEVER boreing! Lara....how did the Bocci game go? Mary..enjoy your few days of rest before the big move. Anna...big hugs to Katherine. Hope her cold is on the improve soon. Heading off to bed now. Have a good sleep you wonderful peeps. See you tomorrrow. love Trifley X

Well, the tumult and the shouting dies, the visitors and the kids depart. Lovely evening, food was great and then we had dessert here and then they considerately went home early-ish :) ~~~~~~~to Lew Lew. Getting desperate are we? pmsl. (for those in the dark go and look at the 5-letter thread.) Feel really good, just a bit weary, so glad I didn't go out today. Night to all, can sleep in tomorrow (I hope) ~~~~~~~~~~~Vonny

And this one, with apologies to dogs British Humour The train was quite crowded, so a U. S. Marine walked the entire length looking for a seat, but the only seat left was taken by a well dressed, middle-aged, French woman's poodle. The very tired war-Marine asked, 'Ma'am, may I please have that seat?' The French woman just sniffed and said to no one in particular, 'Americans are so rude. My little Fifi is using that seat.' The Marine walked the entire train again, but the only seat left was under that dog. 'Please, ma'am, may I sit down? I'm very tired.' She snorted, 'Not only are you Americans rude, you are also arrogant!' This time the Marine didn't say a word; he just picked up the little dog, tossed it out the speeding train window and sat down. The woman screamed in horror, 'Someone must defend my honour! Put this American in his place!' An English gentleman sitting nearby spoke up, 'Sir, you Americans seem to have a penchant for doing the wrong thing. You hold the fork in the wrong hand. You drive your cars on the wrong side of the road, and now, sir, you seem to have thrown the wrong bitch out the window.' Lew Lew xxx heeee

Good afternoon Wafflers . . . Suzy loved your joke, a good laugh is a good tonic. So pleased you have had the drainage removed Trifley, hard to even think things are normal with those darn things hanging out isn't it. You just sit back and play lady muck as long as it takes to get you back to full strength. Jilly, trust you to think of wasted Martoonis ! I am waiting for a phone call from Westmead to let me know how the meeting went with the doctors, but I'm not sure it is going to be the news it should be. I took a feast out there and we sat in the garden and ate lunch, I took a plate of prawns, chicken, a few different salads, and chopped up pineapple, watermelon, pawpaw and cantelope . . what they didn't eat they kept for later, though the prawns went real quick. Silly buggers said now what can we do for you to repay you . . . I just laughed and said tick off one of the hundreds of meals I have had at your place over the years! Dens little sister Jenny got me on my own and said she was having trubs with Nan & Bill, she said they are holding back the hard decision. I told her she had to speak to the doctors herself, and so thats what she was going to do this afternoon. I have a really awful feeling about all of this, and think it will be drawn out even longer. Think I will be packing a few more lunches! Oh Lew, order up big - nothing but the most expensive . . . make them pay big time for being so slack! Have a great weekend Honey Anne, and hope Vals back improves . . . I'm sure you will all enjoy yourselves. Wonder how the Bocci championship is going ? . . . can't you just see them up there in the lovely warm weather, in their summer gerar, drinking icy cold drinks, Oh what a life! Anna - are you the new lurker ??? That 500 came up quick didn't it. Guess I had better go do something about dinner so catch you all later cheers luv Laurie

With apologies to my Irish relatives: Death Row: 'There was a German, an Italian and an Irishman on death row. The warden gave them a choice of three ways to die: 1. to be shot 2. to be hung 3. to be injected with the AIDS virus for a slow death. So the German said, 'Shoot me right in the head.' Boom, he was dead instantly. Then the Italian said, 'Just hang me.' (Snap, he was dead.) Then the Irishman said, 'Give me some of that AIDS stuff.' They gave him the shot, and the Irishman fell down laughing. The guards looked at each other and wondered what was wrong with this guy. Then the Irishman said, 'Give me another one of those shots,' so the guards did. Now he was laughing so hard, tears rolled from his eyes and he doubled over. Finally the warden said, 'What is wrong with you?' The Irishman replied, 'You guys are so stupid.....I'm wearing a condom.' Lew Lew xxx heeee

Hi everyone Well it has starteed .. The Sallies came today and took all our unwanted furniture and it is so good...The place is starting to look like that something is happening. After they left we went and had a look at some dining tables at Hardley Normals and found a lovely one which we might settle on..so we have done most of the things we have to do at the moment...I can relax till next week when it all starts again. and this time for good.. Trifley Glad the drain is out , you will feel a lot more comfortable..take it easy and rest, inbetween Nefer fetching you Martoonies and nice bities... Must go but will be back later.. Love Maryxxx

dear anna, i just logged on and saw it and thought 'what the heck' chucked in a hiya, but after that felt slack by not putting anymore - if i didn't get the guilts i woulda got it. been at the pool, have to go again later but today is a bit layed back. have done stacks of washing, but whats a woman's life supposed to be. pmsl - i ran out of clothes and my sheets needed changing . I may as well fill the machine with other people's stuff. I'm going back for a read, i do like the sperm funny. I don't know about the maggots. I only looked at that once and it made me cringe. suzi, found this great 'get rid of the wet pooch smell' stuff yesterday. reckons its non toxic. its in a spray can but it works/is working. dog poo on my shoes and that wet smell really pees me off. love ya all yvette xx
