The weather is lovely here girls about 27c and sunny might actually dip the toes in the sea this afternoon, Sorry you are not well Shazz hope you are all better soon . Trifley did you give the credit card a workout at Robina ? I must have missed meeting Lousia where does she hail from please? Joodles give Lucas a cuddle for me please. Fluffy duck must be very busy handing out censors forms I hope its going well for her . Hi all, waiting for another download. So I've just snuck in too. Been and done a bit early, but it was nice and close to home. Have made the kids dinner - minced up the leftover leg o'lamb with some veges and made shepherds pie. Miles wasn't too keen to eat any more after I showed his the muscle structure and discussed how closely it resembled a bit of human muscle. Poor child. I've never made too many roasts including meat - for some reason or another the kids turned off it.(hee hee), usually they get assorted roast and steamed veg with non meat based gravy. The dog always scored well. Hope they eat the shepherds pie or the pooches will be getting that too. Met a couple of lovely people from the other side of the world during my cruise through sessions on the boards. Can't believe how many numbers I grabbed last night just being opportunistic.. Dear Shazz, I'm good at pushing wheely chairs. I practice pushing a b****y trolley full of weights about all the time. and you'll have to tell me what youre wearing (fuss fuss) I've never been to a casino before. 'Yes' answers the girl. 'Well, the food goes into our tummies, and our bodies take out all the good stuff, and then whatever is left over comes out our bums when we go to the toilet, and that is poo.' Late morning all, Hope you feel better for the 12th Shazz. Just pegged some washing but don't know why as it will be as cold when I bring it back in - fingers are suffering frost bite and have another load to put out later - but like Jood said gotta get it done before the rain arrives The heater is on as it is soooo cold here. ~~~~ to you toooo Lew, lol Gee - that sun didn't come upthis morning, in the blue mountains, it's just as cold as Mudgee and Canberra by the sound of it. Freezy cold actually. .. I'm going to really have to rug up to go out. .. Trouble is by the time I get down the bottom of the mtn, the weather could be different. Lew, no news from Laurie yet, but Im sure that pink/blue baby would be born by now. Yes, I empathise with you Vonny, having to look after your grand daughter, hahaha. .. I get to see Lucas tonight, as I'm going there for dinner. .. Good Morning Wattlers Belated birthday wishes Jood, so glad you had a wonderful day. Only 10 sleeps and a weekend away in Sydeney - yeah. A weekend where we get to wear ordinary clothes instead of working gear , and I get to be clean all weekend - woohooo. Laurie I've been thinking pink all morning, after all those boys a little girl would be loverly. fingers xxxxxx I have just caught up on about 12 pages (thank you for not waffling more!) and now my head is full -lol. Went to the quilt show on Saturday, thought seeing as the football on at the 'G' I would take the train - big mistake. Had to work until 1.00pm so made it to the station just as train going. MIssed it of course, had to wait until 1.40 pm- of course stopped at all stations b****r. Didn't get to Jeff's shed until 2.40pm (show closed at 5.00pm) - of course this was after station staff explaining I had bought wrong zone ticket - I didn't know you had push the buttons for 3 zones - duh - and of course no-one to help so had to pay extra for ticket in, and a return one to get home - I was sooo embarrased - I'm a ticket dodger! Anyway the quilt show was wonderful, there was an extra exhibition of Japenese quilts - wow they were works of art- so glad I got to see them. Of course I had to browse all the stalls and bend the plastic. Goodness know where I'm going to find the time to come to work now - oh of course I have to come to work to research FH - lol. Sunday it was back to the cottage, to fit in a new (s'hand) window in the kitchen, finish off all the preparation and I finally got to paint the ceiling, and the first coat on the french doors. I love painting - such a soothing occupation - don't do canvasses though like our lovely Lara and Tony! I stick to house painting. Well have to go and so some work back later ~~~~~ to everyone jude 3

I have the pink champers at the ready and lots of pink things I brought in Jakarta - all going well I might hop in the car in the morning and pop out to Bathurst for the day. Haven't heard anything yet . . . the phone is turned off, but if its cold out there in Bathurst then the poor wee thing is probably not too keen to leave its nice warm home. It is a funny hazy sort of day here by Botany Bay, a wee bit chilly! There are 6 giraffes with their heads held high, the tugs are just helping the gas tanker off the wharf over on the gas terminal, and the planes are busy coming and going. Glad you had a lovely day yesterday Joodles, you deserve it! I am off out to lunch also, dont know where, but I am going to collect Ray from the office and take him to lunch. I hated waking up this morning, the dream was soooo nice. I dreamt Ray came home from work and said he had retired and we just got in the car and drove up home. Enjoy your days off from boat building Von, you will really have earned lazing back in it when it is all finished. Shaz are you OK ???? Hi Wattlers, Whats the news on the new baby Laurie, pink or blue? Last day of looking after g.son, he works so well with and for me I honestly don't know why he plays up for his teacher. we have had some long chats and he's said he will try harder.
