Also Have 'Hannam' and 'Sunter' and 'Atkinson', which were originally the surname of a decendant and used for the first name. :-)

I am the same as karen in the desert sands! Thomas and William (yawn, how many Thomas Wests to you think there are..........) The most unusual so far is my son Tadhg (Irish - pronounced Tigh-ag)

William and George .................. except .............. way back in the 1700's and early 1800's, loads of seriously biblical names like Jacob, Jonah, Abraham, Amos ......... I've even got a Noah and a Gabriel!! As the names don't appear in later generations, I guess the family must have gone a bit heathen! Bev x
