Testing your olfactory reception . Yesterday we had wallflowers and sweet peas. Just opened a sealed bag of coffee - what a scent. Your favourite scent or smell.? Happy days

Reading about all these aromas makes me want to pull the breadmaker out from under the stairs then grind some coffee beans for the cafetiaire - I use Sainsbury's Premium Blend beans although my favourite was Costa Rican HT Pale Roast, used to buy it from Higgins in South Molton St. but doubt if I could afford it now. Another smell I like is Camomile Tea - takes me back to when I lay in a field near my Dad's allotment flying my kite - halcyon pre-war days !
