Sorry to hear this heather Sounds like a nightmare This may sound stupid but how about getting evidence on film?

I have read all of your threads Heather, right from the beginning. He is trying to grind you down so you give up, nasty piece of **** that he is, take him to court now, he probably thinks you won't. I really hope he gets everything he deserves and you get a bit of peace. Love to you Heather x

Heather , he knows that - and that is why he is doing it. i gues he wants you to throw in thetowel and move- which would play straight into his hands. he sounds as though he is on the verge of harrassing you - can your solicitor push it to a court hearing now- its gone on long enough. As some of you know, lived here happily 14 years, old neighbour dies, executors sell house to a horrible man who has owned it 18 months now and not moved in but has set about extending and renovating it. He filled in our common drainage ditch (we are on land liable to flooding) and took out 30 feet of our mixed hedge/trees next to our patio (we found out it was cheaper for his new foundations if they werent there). After a year of our solcitor writing to him and his varied excuses - I didnt do it, I did it but they gave me permission, I only trimmed it back to boundary (he took out precious plants 4 feet into our side), I did it because it was knocking over my fence (there has never been a fence there in 57 years - witness statement abound) he finally said in November he would pay for its reinstatement by a contractor of his choice. Fair enough, as long as it is a contractor and not him bunging in a few plants. Since that time he has sent one sentence notes to our solicitor (he doesnt have one) saying 'What plants were they' then 'Get them to do a drawing of the position' and on and on and on. Solcitor who has always said we have to be shown to be reasonable finally went loopy herself and sent him a letter saying we were going ahead with court proceedings. He sends her one saying we owe him £400 for lopping our trees!!' So anyway, thats the background but now he has taken to slowly driving up next to me if he sees me out walking dog or just chatting on the pavement and as he goes by staring and grinning at me. It is driving me crazy, though I just look at him with no expression when he does it. He is doing same to hubby if hubby is on drive and getting stuff out of/into car or anything he drives by the top of the drive staring down at him. Last night he actually was so intent he ended up with his car half on and half off the grass verge staring in. Hubby lost cool and turned and stared back - NFH drives off tooting. Guys, I really cant take a lot more.
