Who has upset my lovely friend Malc?? Malc hun, you CANNOT leave, you are too nice!! Hi Malc, I hope you are feeling better this morning. Feelings were running high yesterday and I can understand how you feel. When I got home I saw the thread drawing attention to those who hadn't signed the petition. I think the originator realised that it looked intimidating, as were some of the messages, and thought better of it and deleted. I didn't sign because I was at funeral in Wales on Thursday and went to bed early so had no idea of what actually went on. I never sign petitions for things unless I am aware of what they are about. And I certainly won't be forced to sign one to prove I'm not a snitch as other people also said on that thread. I know you have a lot of friends here so hope you reconsider. Don't let a thread posted in the heat of the moment put you off. Gwynne |

Malc it seems like you have support from a lot of like minded people. I do not sign petitions and would not `snitch` either. I dont` reply very often to these boards but read them a couple of times a week. My renewal is up this week and I have decided to keep it going for a least another year but only because I enjoy family history and have received so much support from the other boards when stuck. What ever you decide to do I wish you all the best. I believe that most people on these boards are OK and we would miss you if you do decide not to renew. Love and Peace Marianne.x |

Hello Malc, I've been otherwise occupied this evening and have just logged on. Frankly, I am appalled at all that is going on. Due to what has happened to you, I shall not after all be adding to any petitions on the board. No way will I be dictated to, and someone has shot themselves in the foot by doing that to you. You are one of the nicest people here, and I too hope that you reconsider. x |
