I will grow up-------'One Day' but not yet!. Being young on the inside but oldish!!!! on the outside does allow you to get away with things you couldnt when you looked younger, aint life fun!!!!!! Len

Was an old head on young shoulders from about ten. Never did relax and go with the flow cos my Mum was a stickler that you had to hang on to yer halfpenny! was married come the sixties so I never did see the reasoning for flower power. Always been a serious one and more an adult than a child cos was a london evacuee in 1939 and had to stand on my own two feet. I do like a laught tho!!!

I've always been quite a serious person, my Mums the same. I do think though that it's life's experiences that mature you, making you older and wiser. Parenthood definitely grounds you.

Yes. Had to be, got landed with a load of responsibility aged 11 and had to grow up quickly. xx
