Was an old head on young shoulders from about ten. Never did relax and go with the flow cos my Mum was a stickler that you had to hang on to yer halfpenny! was married come the sixties so I never did see the reasoning for flower power. Always been a serious one and more an adult than a child cos was a london evacuee in 1939 and had to stand on my own two feet. I do like a laught tho!!! |

I've always been quite a serious person, my Mums the same. I do think though that it's life's experiences that mature you, making you older and wiser. Parenthood definitely grounds you. |
