I,ve been adviced to cut down on citric acid as that can aggravate athritic type pain. I dont think OA shows up on blood test. My OA is playing up more with this damp weather!! Star

I suffer quite badly too. I have a leg pillow I use at night for about an hour. AND I keep saying it but no one seems to think its worth the try,do buy yourself a heat pad... about £15 and the are wonderful for that type of pain. It is probably due to the high heels, as you are just a baby Becs. Deanna X

Only buy anything from H and B when they have their sales on whatever product I need. Saved a fortune on my first year's supply of Glucosamine, they were almost giving it away.

Hi Bec ! Have you tried Arnica gel ?? It is homeopathic, from health shops. You can put it on as often as you like, it isn't greasy and has a pleasant smell. The shopping channels sell big bottles of it if it does work for you . :0) Joan xx

Thanks Joan :0) Will have a look tomorrow. My right knee is now swollen and my elbows, wrists and ankles are now bad. Need to get this sorted and need to stop feeling sorry for myself! Very frustrating. xx

Ooo Becs Sounds like a trip to the Docs hun !!!! Get it checked out first, if I were you. Although arnica gel is probably one of the safest things to use & it will either work, or it won't, I wouldn't think you should do anything until the cause is found. However, arnica is great at reducing swelling, bruises etc. Don't put it on broken skin or cuts though. Good luck, :0) Joan xx
