Hello, Sheila, wondered why this suddenly turned up! Mini mini meet in Fort William on Tuesday 29th August...Those coming so far ,apart from me, Rag Dolly Anna, Woody ,Jane from the Highlands, Danny boy, not sure about Lemon now and Some of them from the Saturday meet have threatened to travel up as well....I thought Tuesday to give them time to sober up,,,,,,,,,,On a separate occasion, Gaynor Bear will be travelling up.....on another thread, Scottish people wanted now....Be pleased to see you......Edinburgh, arn't you.....Went to school there..........Sandra. |

Christine Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner, I was rather busy for a spell, then I lost the thread! Don't worry, dancers are just as mad as genealogists! I might well know your cousin, if only by sight. You meet lots of people on the dance floor but never find out their names then spend the rest of your life meeting people whose face you recognise but with no idea of why you 'know' them! Lovely people though. Polly Anna, is the mini-meet definitely some time week beginning 28 August, cos I want to bags the holiday dates! Sheila |

Sheila, my cousin was at that as well, she goes to every one of them. oh heck, if you know her I'll need to watch my P's and Q's! Looks like that event is going to be busy, Anne, supposed to be at least 600 participants. Now all we need is DRY weather! |

Hi Polly Anna If no-one else in the office is off that week, I'd love to join you! I love that part of the country and don't get there nearly often enough. Just back from a weekend in Skye for their Scottish Country Dance weekend. Great fun but still stiff and tired and sore! Sheila |

This sounds very good, girls. Fair Anne - you're not doing the Three Peaks Challenge are you? We've just been asked to cater for it! Gondola is great - I don't like heights but you're not actually that far off the ground, and well worth the view from up top. Looking forward to meeting you all! Christine |
