Langley Vale - a small village right in the middle of Epsom Downs (near the racecourse where the Derby is run) in Surrey, England. Have to qualify the country as I've just found out there is a Langley Vale, Epsom in Australia too! Born in Wimbledon, not far from the All England tennis club, then lived in North Cheam, Surrey from the age of 8, with a 9 month spell in West Wimbledon, until I moved to Epsom Common in 1972. Moved here in 1978 and been here ever since! Sue xx |
