Mine is Elizabeth Mary Took two to be different from my mates....priest was not happy coz when the bishop came to one of our prep classes I asked could I have two names and he said no reason why not and what were they I said Elizabeth Mary and he said perfect you go ahead and stick it on your paper so I remember it when it's your turn. Priest was not impressed at me going straight to the top about it when he'd said no!!! lol lol RDA.x.

I think that when i was young!!(52 and feeling82!!) the school drumed it into you. My parents where not practising Cathlics but at least i was baptised. I was a bit of a wild child and i think they thought a bit of religous displine would go a long way. NAH!!!!!! I was still a wild child when i left school, but has the years have past i seem to have mellowed. Maybe it has something to do with having children of my own. I have not had them baptised or confirmed because i decided to let them think for themselves. I believe, i have told my children that i believe. The choice is theirs. Vanessa

I am confirmed (C of E) For some strange reason I thought I should take on the vows my godparents took on my behalf when I was christened It now means that if I sin I am only responsible to myself, and am not causing grief to those kind souls that stood up as godparents when I was a babe Strange reason I know, but then some would say I am a strange person Dee ;-)))))
