Zoe, for once I can empathise with all of this. I would just like to stop the world and get off. Sounds like we've both had a rubbish couple of months and, without wishing it all on anyone else it would be good to have a break from the bad stuff wouldn't it? Zoe, I read about this woman who wrote all her negative thoughts and bad things that had happened on pebbles and then flung them as far as she could into the sea, you never know it may help. But you could make a bit of time to do something nice for yourself, anyone out there who could give you a massage? I am sure things will look up soon, thinking positive thoughts for you, your Mum especially and the rest of your family. love Sue xx

I'm sorry to read of your troubles Zoe. Hope your mum is feeling a lot better and Mollie and new baby are coming along nicely now. Try and take time for yourself (easier said than done I know!) When you're finally alone have a good hot soak in the bath and listen to some soothing music, you owe yourself this. Take care Mau ((XX))
