Annie Don't use any sweeteners in tea or coffee, but I do drink alot of bottled, flavoured water, and am wondering if that is not helping. Thankyou S x |

Hi Sharon Try not to drink flavoured water wih Aspartame in,it.can bring lots of problems. Hope you find relief from your headaches soon. I have cluster headaches,usually start right side and I get pain in right eye as well.Find when painkillers don't work head and neck massage bring some relief. Mau XX |
