Paul I agree about getting upset, we all do it. I was upset at the things said to Jess. But Im dammed if Im going to get myself banned whilst supporting Jess. But I dont see the point in just swearing to just get yourself barred, its pointless, and did nothing to help and support jess in them doing so. There is no good reason for these members to get themselves barred. Why make yourself suffer ? It diddnt change things before and wont do this time either E x

I missed whatever Lemon did but I'm sure it was nothing compared to what the small minority do on a constant basis & get away with. Julie, as I said before, any child can open a dictionary & read what you put on the thread, so why should you be banned? If you are, I for one will complain, don't suppose they'll take anymore notice than they have in the past though. Vivienne xx

Elaine. I agree in general that getting yourself banned over something you weren't directly invoved in is a case of cutting off your nose to spite you face. I don't, however, agree with the 'why get upset' bit. I think we've all got upset over things that don't directly affect us, haven't we ? Paul

Sorry this isn't meant to offend. Personally I think getting yourself barred is a bit daft. You have played into the troublemakers hands by being martyrs. Had you been the ones badly attacked then I would understand your anger, and your reason for such language on the board. The thread wasn't nothing to do with yourselves so why take offence and get yourself barred because of a few who court trouble ?? ...instead of just supporting Jess sensibly on the thread and reporting the troublemakers ?? By posting swear words to get yourselves barred you have only brought yourself down to their level.. ..And made the troublemakers wring their hands in glee. Elaine x

of course Catherine - sorry not meaning to imply all the newer members have those traits - I think we all know who I mean. I should add, I don't know many of the newer members, but those that I have chatted to, have been really nice. I have nothing against new members. Just argumentative, deceitful troublemakers.

I said what I felt i had to last night and then left it - usually I try to stay off contentious threads. I am not sorry if it caused offence to certain people but I will be sorry if it means the innocents are banned. I hope not for everyones sake.
