Here is a full list of the answers 1 Potato 2 Tomato 3 Applejacks 4 Profiteroles 5 Tea 6 False (it is 4000) 7 Apples 8 Pomegranate 9 Pineapple 10 A thick fog I will try and come up with some more folks Dee ;-))))

Brain is getting into gear here .... I remember, when I went to Normandy on a D-Day landing commemorative tour, and bought some Calvados. Yes, it tasted good! Wikipedia says something about pear, too, so something from when I looked it up then must have stayed in my memory!

Well you can't beat a good French Brandy never thought of it being made with apples before. Like you say nice to learn something new everyday Germaine x

Joy and Germaine it is Apple for 7, and it was made in this country once, hubby had a bottle of it one birthday. He was not impressed, the French make it so much better :-)) anyone worked out No 9??? ;-))
