Jeff, how about a little MP3 player with some relaxing music (not songs). Have a nice bath, no coffee or alcohol before bed. Just relax to the music and hopefully you will doze off. Susan

I love brass bands too jeff, Over to OH........ Did you hear about the guy how got a viagra tablet stuck in his throat ......? he had a stiff neck for hours :-) Or the group who stole 3 tons of Viagra tablets ?? the police are looking for a group of hardened criminals !!!!

NO PIPS LOVE, I HAVEN'T TRIED AUDIO BOOKS. I DO LIKE TO READ IN BED BUT THE TROUBLE IS THAT I GET ENGROSSED IN THE STORY AND I DON'T WANT TO PUT THE BOOK DOWN. I'VE READ TIL 3 AND 4 IN THE MORNING, NOW YOU MUST THINK I'M A NUTTER BUT THAT'S THE WAY I AM. JEFF XX

Jeff i am usually to be found reading about 3.30am read for an hour then back to sleep.. June ..

June it's usually 4 or 5 oclock before I get to sleep, sometimes I'm awake all night, but I do love reading in bed. Jeff x

Ahhhh Jeff..you know you're tempting fate by reading in bed until it's late! You're pushing your brainbox much to far When you should be kipping in your boudoir! Not reading, writing, and thinking in rhyme Until dawn breaks at morning time! No stuff a-buzzing in your head When you should be resting in your bed! NO!!!! A scented barf, a glass of wine is my prescription at evening time! No Coca Cola or even tea Make sure that you are caffeine free! And sleep will come, with gentle arms to cradle you softly with her charms Then when you wake...with the morning sun You'll write better rhymes than you've ever done! Dee x
