	So reasonable too Maddie.....where can you get a three course meal for £7.50, it sounds like that most probably just covers the ingredients and gas/electricity to cook it :-0

	Thanks Gwyn :-D It's more of a nuisance now as I need to be careful not to set it off again. I'll pass on the starter and kale but the rest.... yummy :-D

	Afternoon girls and boys. ;-) :-D <3 Lovely day here, sun is shining and I am in a sleeveless dress. Popped out for some milk and to post a couple of birthday cards so also bought some ice cream and ice lollies. Enjoy the rest of the day everyone. :-D <3

	I hope you are soon feeling more comfortable Island <3 Good idea to mention it at your next appointment. In answer to Belle, my choices were... Starter: grilled aubergine, ratatouille Main: roasted root vegetable wellington, sweet potato puree, kale, tarragon reduction Dessert: pistachio and raspberry Bakewell Tart :-D

	Aftermorning all :-D :-D :-D Dull here at the moment :-\ I had a look round the weed patch this morning and was surprised by how much water had collected in containers. I'd left a big mixing bowl half full of fresh compost - it's now thick brown water :-\| Maddie, I didn't do anything to my arm as such - I was being dramatic LOL My right hand had been grumbling then my wrist became very painful, hence the strapping to immobilise it. I have a pre arranged appt at RA clinic soon so might mention it then. Thank you for asking :-D
