I got a response from Genes using the following email address which is slightly different from that advertised

It might be worth a try sending an email to the above :-)

Even when Genes had plenty of support staff working for them they didn't work weekends.

I don't think anyone actually checks the Genes site very often. They all seem to concentrate on Findmypast which is a sister company of Genes.

All you can do is keep trying to email support but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply.

Just a thought Tanya, as you have only posted 3 times in over 20 years, I wonder if your account was dormant? Have you been paying subs for all these years but not posted at all?

As you can tell by the speed at which your question has been picked up not so many people use Genes.

Support is very slow and the queries probably only get picked up occasionally.

Personally I only have a minute tree on here and keep my big tree offline.

Has anyone been having problems with the support Team sent several e mails with no reply .My tree is slowly destroying itself. i Cannot, add or edit if I manage to add person it sticks to anywhere except where it suppose to be.
