They actually quoted the cheap rate in the email telling me how rejoin. I have auto renew ticked, always have had. |

I have auto renew off and I get that welcome email every year. It tells me that I’m now a member and gives me advice on starting my family tree. They can send me what they like as long as they carry on charging me the cheap rate, lol. |

I have just had to renew my membership manually. I have no idea why my payment was refused my card was not out of date as far as I could tell, but as they don’t tell you what card it is who knows. Anyway I renewed it although now, according to the acceptance I am a new member. Still on the reduced payment. Nice to get a welcome email when I have been a member for23 years. |
