A misty start to the day, but since then the lovely sunshine has burnt that away and it is much brighter.
Supposedly 11 degrees and mostly cloudy :-S

Just going to catch a bus to town, to take in my repeat prescription.
Must check whether I have anything to post too.

Our nearest postbox is still taped up with a covering of black polythene with a notice telling us it is not in use, but an automated system is coming soon.
How soon, who knows?

Most of the post boxes around here at Christmas were all taped up in black polythene :-(. You couldn't find a usable box for love nor money, not very well planned :-| These new boxes will also take small packages and there is a separate entrance for those :-0
I have to say I've never seen anyone use the package option and I don't think I will be either anytime soon:-0

Not used a postbox for a while as the last couple of times I have needed to post anything, I have bought stamps at the counter and passed the mail over to the assistant.

Expecting K’s colleague and friend for lunch and also have a four-hour delivery slot for delivery of a new gadget. I bet it is odds on that both arrive at the same time although I hope not.

Had coffee with friends early this morning and it was coool then. It is bright and sunny now but I have the heating on cos it is still cool out there.
