I’m still a baby honest :-D even though I’m celebrating my 21st birthday for the second time in July (42). Mr Owl and me are planning for our retirement though.

Negative seems to be a good result, Names.

I hope he is not sent back and forwards by the doc and the hospital which would involve umpteen tests as I have always thought that costs more money than a whole body scan as well as delaying treatment - when one full body scan could show everything and result in earlier treatment.

If you get my gist.

Names, an uncle lived to over 101. I am aiming high.
:-D

Yes, I am only 21 :-D :-D :-D :-D

I still have one older sibling and several first cousins in their nineties. One, a bit more distant, will be 100 this year.

Worse case scenario made it urgent but hospital tests have proved negative. He needs to see the quack again to sort out what is wrong.

I have been an OAP since 2004, Names so that would make you a quarter of my age! ;-)

I only have one cousin older than me now - and she is pretty lively so I intend to live up to her example.

It is time I began to age disgracefully, I believe. :-D

Did you tear them off a strip, Names, particularly as it was urgent?

Ooo! That would be telling JL. Let’s just say I am on the old state pension ;-) ;-)

Spent the day waiting for an urgent call back from the doctors for OH. Which eventually came at 5,30. The internal email hadn’t been actioned by staff until then.

Ooh Kath, all those celebrations - just for you. Names, fewer birthdays than the rest of us, I’m guessing. :-D

My kids, granddaughter, siblings and a handful of friends always remember and send cards..

My sibs and I have always rung each other on the mornings of our birthdays too, as does my granddaughter who is now married and living away.

I don’t forget theirs either. :-D

Don't think Andrew will forget his 66th in a hurry :-0

We don't bother with presents any more. Usually just a quiet meal out with my son now - although America celebrates mine with a holiday. ;-)

I lost track of how old I was when I missed out on a couple due to a family death and then Covid.
Hoping this one fixes that.

Birthdays are not anything special in our family ( thanks OH) so are usually quiet and I have got to the point that I never know what to ask for - especially as I still in recovery from dental treatment.

And it’s no use swopping the numbers round to make yourself younger Gwyn. ;-) ;-) ;-)

Being 66 is not usually such a memorable one...

Couldn't live without them. ;-)

Even at my great age I still enjoy them.

I try to forget mine but glad I still have them :-)

Some birthdays are unforgettable, aren’t they A.

Hope mine next week won’t be anything unusual ;-) ;-) ;-)
