The page you get when signing in is really just like a home page addressed to yourself.

I wonder if Penelope gets in on her account she can check to see if she was given access to OH’s tree. If you look at your own tree page you should see a sign saying view other trees at the top under her own name.

Hmmm - GR help pages say:

"When you sign in to the site you will see a page with details of each registration."

Do you mean that only one registration comes up? Of course, much of the instructions/advice on the GR website is out of date, so maybe that doesn't happen in any case. I only have one registration, so I can't check.

It also says:
"If you cannot remember your old log in details, then please send us your full name, year and place of birth. "

Your husband's tree will still exist on the GR system, unless he has deleted it by mistake.

As Nameslessone says, if the two trees were separate, there must have been two registrations.
One of them must have been a paid membership. The other could have been either paid or free.

Have you tried all possible email addresses for logging in?

I think I'm correct in saying that if you have two registrations, you can have the same password for both, but the email addresses must be different.

Email [email protected]

It will take them several days to reply.

Is his a separate tree? You can’t have two trees on one account so you must have had two accounts which could have been free or subs.

Have you contacted GR to see what to do about it?

Hi. Does anyone know how to get back a tree if membership has not been continued? The log in details used to give us my tree and my husbands but now his has gone. :-(
