Dark and windy here this morning, not very nice at all. :-(

Been a bit of a roller coaster to be honest, I went back to the docs on Monday after finishing the antibiotics. Still something she was not happy with so she sent me to the SCEC (Same Day Emergency Care) Unit. I had an Xray, ECG and CT Scan, plus my bloods were taken. I eventually got back home at 9pm! they were brilliant there, and I cannot praise them enough <3

Got the all clear, I think she was just covering all bases as I still have this tickling cough, but my chest is clear. Will give myself another couple of days before I jump back into the fray.

Our SDEC has been so good looking after me too.
NHS at it's best.

Nothing much planned, but I might take a walk locally.
I certainly won't want to be out tomorrow if the grim forecast and yellow weather warning for wind and rain is correct. :-0

Same weather as Kath - sunny and bright but still a bit cool. The wisteria is starting to turn. Luckily there’s nothing else in the back garden that will shed leaves because they make an awful mess.

Was up before the larks this morning so filled two of the food hangers for the birds after cereal. Sorted out some paperwork then had a sandwich and another coffee.

Spent the last hour re-watching ‘ The Responder’ and it’s just as good second time around.

Rain due here tomorrow so I may get myself sorted and pop along to my bestie’s at Lanchester - Kath knows where I mean.

Well the weather turned out really good, just a gentle breeze, dry and widespread sunshine.
I checked the tide times and am just back from an afternoon bus trip and walk on the beach and prom.
It was lovely. Very few people about. :-D
