Had a lot of rain overnight but it is now brightening up with the sun showing it's face every now and again.

Heavy rain overnight driven by strong winds, which meant the front doorstep was soaked, when I looked out earlier :-0

We later had a glimpse of brightness, but with our forecast saying 'thundery showers' I think it will be a day indoors :-|
Looks like the whole week is set to be quite gloomy.

Weather a bit different from Kath’s today. Coming back from coffee the mist was starting to fall and the sky was very grey indeed. :-(

No dancing this morning as ribs and muscle are not quite right yet. Still can’t lie on that side. :-(

The reported Cloud outage appears to be affecting my Ring and Ancestry :-(

Belle, the sun has appeared here too but it has taken its time getting from Kath's.

Popped out for coffee with pals then went along to M & S and did shopping for a few days. Called into our local Coop for Domestos and milk as it's cheaper there.

Belle, how are your special illuminations - or has he suddenly realised that it's going to cost him big-time? :-D

Really wild and wet here, but we have had a few bursts of sunshine too.

It's half term here, but hardly the weather to be out enjoying it.
I remember as a child we'd trek miles at autumn half term and come home with a bag of chestnuts we'd collected.
