Rhematologist doesn't need to see me until sometime next year.
He always looks at my on-screen record to find out what's been going on in the wider picture of tests etc. and was reassurring about a recent PET scan result, although it was not requested by him :-D
He always is very pleasant and apologises if he starts the appointment later than the stated time.

The sky was so blue today, it was like on a Mediterranean postcard.
A bit of a breeze, but you could certainly feel the warmth of the sun...lovely :-D

Morning everyone.

Totally fed up this morning cos I can't dance. I went to pick up something that had fallen down the side of a cabinet and twisted the wrong way. I have almost pulled a muscle through my ribcage. I did it several years ago and could not stop all of the muscle going through but this time I knew what was happening so I applied pressure immediately to stop it doing so. I succeeded but the bit that escaped pressure will still be bruised and it is giving me some gyp. This time, thank goodness, it ought to be OK in a week or so and paracetamols will be enough.

You must be able to hear my moans and groans from where you are!

Enjoy today whatever you are doing - and stay safe and alert.
