I do hope that George isn't in the dance off especially if the Head Judge is called upon cos Craig said there was little Rumba to mark :-0

Oh I just dont know anymore about the competition.

I really want Karen to go through to the next round, her confidence is growing all the time.

I too liked Alex and George. Not sure about Amber and Lewis, they may have peaked too soon.

Shame Vicky was not up to par. The kicks and flicks were not sharp. I liked Balvinder's dance, but as Craig said, it was a set film piece.

Not sure about La Voix but the judges were fulsome in their praise, so what do I know?

Maybe it will be Balvinder and Vicky to go into the dance off. :-(

Belle, I thought George's Rumba was more like a couple's choice, especially with all the family talk beforehand.

I had to chuckle when somebody said 'Nikita put a shirt on' I thought all ladies present were probably saying 'noooo!'.

I don't know how good Amber was last night as I was too busy looking at Nikita ;-) ;-)

I thought visually La Voix was good but not sure about the technique :-0

My favourites last night were

Alex's Waltz - it was good to see her back enjoying her dancing and waving the flag for the more mature woman ;-)

George's Rumba - I have to say I've never seen a Rumba like that, I think some of the Judges called it a 'lyrical rumba' :-S. I thought it was more like a Couples Choice but regardless I still liked it, in fact I like George as he is so unassuming :-)

I too think it will be Vicky & Balvinder in the dance off. It will be a shame to see either go but I think perhaps Balvinder's luck might just have run out :-(

Another good show with all of them trying so hard this week to get to Blackpool. to get so close and then not go must be really disappointing, Not sure as it depends on their support groups voting but vicky could be in the dance off this week and maybe Balvinder. I do hope the result is not leaked again but I bet it is, somebody is taking it as a challenge to be clever.

I was surprised LaVoix got through, after all the kaffuffle over the heel turns. I though Harry's dance was very good. But then again, what do I know?

I wish they would cut out all the padding too. I am not terribly interested in what they did in the week, what they had to eat and who they met :-0 :-0

The prog could be cut by a good half hour if they only showed the dancing.

I was hoping Harry would win the dance off, I was surprised all the judges voted for La Voix.

It would be good if the results were given on a Saturday night I'm sure they could cut out some of the chit chat and clips to fit it in. The judges could just be judges instead of all the dancing and now singing bits. I thought Bruno was bad but now it's ridiculous with the prancing about .

Yes, I was surprised. I think if she had got the heel turn wrong Harrry would have won. It does seem to make a difference to the voting when dancers such as Ellie, who was popular, are out. Next week the competition for Blackpool

Well, two surprises last night :-0. The first that La Voix was in the dance off :-0 The second that she won the dance off unanimously :-0

The dance off was close but I thought Harry had just about done enough to win it :-)

The results show used to be later on the Saturday, some years back. Don't know why they changed it, but they made an extra 'show' with the professionals dance etc.

I assume that there is an interval in the studio, so another possibility would be to show the whole programme on a Saturday, with an interval while the votes are cast and counted. It could be at least 30 minutes and be a different programme.

Viewers who didn't want to watch it all on Saturday could record it and watch later. Plenty of folk do that anyway, so must be good at avoiding seeing the result!

They were saying in the MOS that it would be a good time to change when the two girls leave. So a complete change. But I think with viewers that it is the familiar that they like.

I suppose they could just have the studio audience vote.... similar to 'Ask the Audience' on Who wants To Be A Millionaire ....so at the end of the Show get the Audience to vote and the result would be almost immediate:-)

I suppose the only other alternative would be to finish at the end of the Saturday show and start the voting, then end at the close of the voting and run the results show live on sunday. But there is oviously cost in that.

It would be good if they could announce the result on Saturday evening which would stop the leaking :-)

Not sure how they would do it though as it is already a marathon even more so at the beginning :-0

In the paper on line this morning that there is talk of doing away with the Sunday programme and having the final announced on saturday evening without a dance off. (so peoples choice only maybe? apparently the result has been leaked again. That is a very mean person, although I suspect that they are getting paid somehow for the leak. I stopped reading as I didn't want to see the result accidentally which happened last week.

I felt so sad for Alex as she was upset but it just wasn't her dance. I do hope she stays out of the dance off.
George was really good as was Balvinder .

I didn't really like Karen's Charleston but they certainly had some energy in it.

Not sure of the dance off as it will be a good dancer that goes whoever it is.
