Rest assured that no budgies are harmed during a game of "Swing Budgie"

In fact they seem to enjoy it.

They flap their likkle wings with great excitement when they are swinging round the pole at 100mph.

They do end up looking a bit bald though.

I just hope that the R.S.P.B. (Royal Society for the Protection of Budgies) doesn't get to hear about all of this. ;-)

I invented "Swing Budgie" Allan.

You know, like "Swing Ball" but with a budgie on the end.

The only problem is..........if you're really good at it, like wot i am, you need quite a few budgies cos they don't seem to last very long.

It's bwilliant when you see all their little wings and fevvers flying about all over the place.

Absolutely bwilliant.

We don't feed the kookaburras, they help themselves!

One stole a slice of roast lamb from OH's plate, another stole a chicken wing from mine!

I'm happy that emus don't fly.

A couple of years ago OH was on a conference call, other people in Europe. It was just before dawn here, OH was on the deck with a coffee............ as the sun came up, the dawn chorus started...... kookaburras going mad......... and total silence from the Europeans. Then.......... WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT????? I'm sure they think we live in a jungle.

Ah! My Lady I love the kookaburras' laugh. They sound as though one of them has told the dirtiest, but extremely funny, joke :-D

I'm not sure whether I laugh at them or with them.

We don't have a problem with them here....they know where they might end up! :-D

Just use a wobble board on them ;-)

Do you take special orders?

Can you make me a big swatter? Big enough for a kookaburra......... we can't eat outside any more, because the cheeky beggars dive bomb us and steal food from our plates. To add insult to injury, when they finish eating, they sit there and laugh.

I am also working on a universal marinade, which will be suitable for all creatures great and small

Bob, wasps are not such a problem in Oz...well not as big a problem as low-flying budgies!

Errol, the voltage would have to be carefully controlled as budgies are very easy to crisp, and I prefer mine just lightly done, but I agree with the rest of the benefits which I hadn't thought of when I devised the game
