I tried a packet of some of these, about six in the packet, and reminded me of the taste of babies rusks in milk.
Quite nice, but not something I would buy regularly.

Oh wisechild, I had forgotten that!! When I was a child and stayed with my grandparents we used to have weetabix with butter!!
Even then I didn't get jam on it :-D

I like bagels Liz but they are not so easy to grab and go! ;-)

When I was a kid, if we ran out of milk, we would eat Weetabix with butter & jam.
? The original breakfast biscuit?

I 'll stick to my cinnamon and raisin bagel, warmed in the microwave for 30 secs and dunked in a cup of millky coffee, great way to start my day, and end it too sometimes, keep me going for hours. They work out about 25p each depending what offers are on and what make I buy.

Oh go on Lyndi....give us a list :-D :-D

Lyndi

Lyndi Report 13 Mar 2013 20:48

They are certainly more filling than an ordinary biscuit and 'keep you going' for much longer. They come packed in portion sizes and are easy to grab and go. :-0

You will be thinking now I am a sucker for the blurb, or that I wrote the advert myself lol.

It's like many things in life, if you don't need it, don't want it, you just don't see it lol.
If I started to list the things I just 'don't get' I reckon I would be in trouble on here very soon :-D ;-)

Sharron

Sharron Report 13 Mar 2013 19:43

Or even an ordinary biscuit?

StrayKitten

StrayKitten Report 13 Mar 2013 19:42

no because i like the breakfast bars more than i do banana's lol

Sharron

Sharron Report 13 Mar 2013 19:37

Wouldn't a banana be as good?

StrayKitten

StrayKitten Report 13 Mar 2013 18:47

i eat the belvita breakfast bars as im not really a breakfast person but ya have to have something before work, so i grab one with a yogurt with my morning coffee,
