	I did try one once and it just seemed to be a cheap biscuit with some rolled oats on top which you pay well over the top for.

Changed my morning rush habit to a piece of fruit.......... banana is about the only one that doesn't drip juice lol :-D

	Nobody neds them. There is nothing special about themapart from the marketing. Of course they are low in fat,they are cereal. They could equally well have been sold as food for body builders then puny men would have been persuaded to buy them.
