I have lied to my poor disabled father once again!

Yesterday he went to Worthing Hospital to see about getting his cataracts operated on.

They will be needing a copy of his opticians prescription in order to make his lenses.

I'm sure if I nipped in the opticians they would give me a copy while he stayed indoors being bored but I have told him they will only give it to him in person.

He did his face that says he has been presented with a terrible siyuation and I left him to it, Didn't take him long to tell his mate he wanted to go into town tomarrow on the bus and to have a look round to see what shopping he needed to do while he is in town.

Also. as a bonus, I won't have to cook tomorrow because they will be eating in Wetherspoon's.

Won't even get an old man's prescription for him and I still call myself a carer!
