Well, I've just spotted this thread. How did I miss it?

Off to order some wheatgrass >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Where do I put it?

ZZzzz

ZZzzz Report 6 Oct 2012 20:57

I mix mine with water, it's ok, very green, but I do have a cup of tea ready for afterwards, this is day 3 by the way, not quite so tired, and my poo was green this morning, 'im indoors is too squeamish and wont drink it cos it's green.

Masculinity eh? ;-)

I bought the powdered stuff and had it in a fruit yogurt.
Have to say fruit & grass tasting yogurt is quite pallatable.
Will probably start off taking it every other day.
I checked online to see if it's compatable with diverticular, and it appears it is :-D :-D
(must explain to doc if I have to give him a 'sample' though)

I'm also bordrline Hypothyroid, and the doc won't give me anything - wheatgrass is, apparently good for that too :-D

Morning folks :-) Oh goody have started a trend! Mine are sent to me frozen, in the form of ice cubes. I just plop one out each morning into a glass, hold my nose and drink it! I am not sure if it is ok for diabetics so I can't speculate but my Oncoilogist is delighted
with my progress and my improved energy levels, so I shall keep taking the wheatgrass!

Good luck and easy does it with them Hussars :-D :-D
