dont take any doing to an RR,,,just tell it how it is and whooosh.....~~~
GG and Sir John.

All you need do is post something similar or asking again with the last year or longer and you'll get an RR.plus a parrot in yer ear'ole with a bounus thrown in telling you you post something like back in 1900.!.

Its nice to be RR it means someone was kind enough to even read your thread.

If you have an RR and it is overruled, does it still allow you to be in elite group and put it on visiting cards, monogrammed stationery etc

Surgeon :-)

An RR just means someone isnt on the same wave length or from the same era isnt in tune with you.

I have an Ology in it so there.!

:-D :-D.

JustJohn

JustJohn Report 27 Aug 2012 13:21

Emma, Thank goodness for that. I still have no idea why I was RR'd. I simply cut and pasted an announcemnt from Genes. Perhaps it was the Genes announcement that was RR'd. I thought is was bleddy ridiculous :-D :-D

But an honour :-D Am up with the elite. Do I sound like a snob? I so want to be ordinary :-( :-(

Merlin

Merlin Report 27 Aug 2012 13:28

John, if you want to be "Ordinary" go to "The Chippery" in Sea View Road, that is now very Ordinary. :-D :-D

JustJohn

JustJohn Report 27 Aug 2012 13:36

Don't think those of humble birth have any idea what it is like to want to be loved by commoners, Merlin. When have you seen me in The Chippery? I regularly frequent a "Fish Called Rhondda" but I look so out of place with a monocle and spats.

But I will whip my RR out and show it off everywhere :-D

'Emma' Report 27 Aug 2012 13:40

Kay I always wanted an Ology.. :-D :-D

Going back in time here to Maureen Lipman
and that BT advert, her son had an Ology :-D

John don't ever change, you are one of a kind ;-)

Merlin trust you to bring the tone down speaking of
The Chippery, John with his background does not
frequent places like that ;-) :-D :-D

Merlin

Merlin Report 27 Aug 2012 13:41

That would be the "Rolls Royce" then I assume, :-D :-D :-D Re The Chippery IIn Colwyn Bay. My Mother used to own it years ago.

My usual eateries are Celtic Manor and several on Cardiff Quay. Splott occasionally. And was once seen in Whitchurch (yes, I know there are several - third poshest one after Hants and Bucks). But still not quite up to Splott.

But still feel I need to lower myself further to connect. And this Chippery in Sea View Road sounds a wonderful opportunity. Thank you, Myrddin, you wizard. Will I see any stars outside? :-D

RR = Rolls Royce. No, I have one, of course. But on here it stands for Rambling Rose - who else? :-D

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 27 Aug 2012 14:01

Pardon me - Whitchurch, Cardiff is the bestest one!!!!

you eat at the Celtic Manor? you have to pay to use the car park there - I call the place Colditz cos that's just what it looks like
