existentialism only makes you go blind if you let it - Rose if you want to read up about it read the early Sartre papers

TBH I know not where Congleton is? Sounds African :-D

not really Ann - I was editor for the newspaper there and spent the worst few years of my life subbing stories about things like the local golf tournament and whether Congleton should have merged with Macclesfield (sorry Allan lol)
The only exciting things to come out of Macclesfield were a couple of music bands and the train south

doesn't it make you go blind - or is that something else? I think you should go to bed - I'm off in a jiffy - it's tomorrow!!!!

It's all my own fault but I am now reading about existentialism....it has so far passed me by in life, but I think I may be a closet existentialist....should I read further or go to bed? lol

Darwin's theory on evolution maybe? is there life after death or is this is :-S

how come when you drop a piece of toast it always lands butter side down

why don't men ever take advice - eg never ask for directions when lost or even admit they're lost

never read instructions

why don't they realise women are always right

Allan

Allan Report 12 Jun 2012 23:47

Allan

Allan Report 12 Jun 2012 23:31

lol Errol. Meat inspection used to be part of my job. I remember travelling out to a master Butcher in Chelford (Cheshire) who slaughtered his own meat. Used to go on a Sunday so he could open up first thing on a Monday. I also went on a Wednesday.

Happy Days

Allan Report 12 Jun 2012 23:18

lol.

While I can eat most offal I have never tried brains, nor do I ever wish to.

My mother used to have sheeps brains on toast.

I also remember her sending me to the butcher's to buy a sheep's head. I had to tell him to leave the eyes in as it had to see us through the week :-D
