Love barbequed food. We have a gas one and the only smell is food. Strangely we often barbeque and eat it indoors. Good because OH does the cooking, the only cooking he does. |

BBQing is a way of life here in Oz. We love it but I wonder what is being used as fuel to cause smelly smoke. We have a gas bbq and so do our family and friends - never a problem with anything but nice smells tempting the neighbours to call round. |

I don't mind BBQs, I don't have one myself but on the odd occasion I go to one I do enjoy them. |

Ah. They've spent too much time watching Delia and Heston etc and adverts for Waitrose and M&S (ads which I love by the way) |

What amazes me is the way my neighbours seem to think their garden is soundproof, a little alcohol (in them) and the amount of BS has me falling off my chair. |

I don't like them either - as you say, why carry food outside to cook it when you have a cooker in the kitchen - mad!!! |
