I do. Haven't for a while.

Full cream milk, form memory I think a pint makes an ounce.

Bring it to blood heat-ish. Squirt in about half a Jif, you mght need a bit more, can't remember.

That is cottage cheese.
If you run it through a jelly bag overnight you have cream cheese and whey which makes pretty good scones.

Does, or has anyone made their own Creamcheese, the type like Philly.I fancy having a go, after looking at recipes here on the net. It is something I have always eaten, though I know it is not to everyone's liking.
