Island, Badger meant a butterflied chicken breast. which means cut in half lengways, and opened out. You then put in the creamcheese, re assamble together, wrap it in the streeky bacon, and cook. |

Morning Wend, by gum, your up with the lark. I will try that little recipe. I like Smoked Mackeral, but in small doses. Mixed up with the cheeses and with Lemon Juice would suit me. I think I would eat it with a little Mason Plas (sp), ans slightly warmed toast as I would a meat pate. Thanks for the idea. |
