Marion, if I have a house full of friends I would not have my PC on, therefore none of them would be able toa ccess my facebook page. And even if it was on, unless they knew my password they would not be able to access it.

Piers Darlink, for what it is worth, I am not on Facebook either, and I do not Tweet. Wouldn't know how to access either.
When I log off on here about 6.30/6.45, that is me done, for the day.
I have never been on here at night in almost the 5 years I have been a member. Not even if I have been up in the night in pain, and cannot sleep. It would never enter my head to do so.
So you are in good company, even if I say so myself. LOLOL

PS. I barley know how to use a mobile phone. I do take one into hospital, but only to ring home to tell the OH what the doctors have said when doing their morning rounds, and to tell him what to bring in when he visits
I have never felt the need to have one for constant use.

I have to say, although a memeber of facebook, I rarely go on there unless I get an e mail telling me my sister has sent me a message, or my Grandson, or my Great Niece. With the latter two it is often the only contact I have with them and I am grateful that it exists for that purpose. :-)

but must say i love all my facebook friends

my curtains are closed :-) but I have a letterbox to peer through, my life is only known to a select few ;-) takes ages to type on this phone :-(

lololol I do have a chuckle about people when they go on about personal information being gained from FB, the only information that can be gained from there is what you choose to put on it, many people ( and I not one of them) have as many as 3 accounts although this is frowned upon from FB and if caught they delete, but they have them for the applications for the games they play war book Farm town and the fairy gardens, cheating yes but often with out malice.
As for personal information being gained, we are practicing nosey parkers we look up BDM all the time how easy is it to trace a living rellie or a dead one? Like it or not but we all have a degree of our lives available on line weather we want it there or don't its there.

Back to the topic, as its already been said, on public forums like this the only information that can be gained is what YOU advertise and ff you don't want to be glossiped about don't wash you dirty linen in public, its like having a row in the middle of street, curtians will twitch its human nature like it or not if you dont want to cause a reaction speak in a lower voice indoors. :-D
