Emmerdale is the best soap, I have not watched it from the beginning I have to admit but have watched it for many years now. I still watch Corrie and have watched both that and East Enders from the start. I think the Peter/Carla/leanne story is not believable. Peter is not Carla's type at all and vice versa, frank was more her type. I love little Simon and think how awful it would be to have this happening if it were real. And steve going back to tracey is not believable either much preferred it when he was with Becky. And as for David and whatever her name is (Becky's sister) ugh, why would social Serevices put that poor child back with them?

Any of you remember when it was "Emerdale Farm" such a nice gentle series :-) now along with all "Soaps" its a load of Rubbish. :-P

Love Emmerdale and Early Doors. Could never understand why that didn't take off. Think that Carla is a right coo always pinching people's husbands. Its a puzzler. It has to be someone quite strong to crack that skull or maybe a woman scorned (Moira). How about that brother of Jai as he is fed up with the whole mess.

Morning Island, You don't know what you're missing not watching Emmerdale. I watched it from the start, when the kids were little, before they started school It used to be on in the afternoons originally, and called Emmerdale Farm.
I remember the first episode when Annie (Shiela Mercer) was in her kitchen with her Dad (Toke Townly), and Matt & Dolly, Jack and his brother played by Frazer Hines.
Yes there has been some changes along the way, and it stared real cows and sheep in the field. Dolly had twins and died. Matt moved away. Jack went to Italy and wrote a book, and had about three wives. And calves were born with the assistance of a rope and a crowbar.
It has been very rivetting stuff up there in the Dales, and I own all my farming knowledge and skills to this programme.LOLOL
By contrast, I 'ate that Carla one. It is just like suckin' a lemon when she goes in for the kiss. I bet the sale of red wine will go up at Dev's, now, and the cellars of the Rovers will run dry.LOL

You're right about Corrie being rubbish at the moment Mau :-(
It was bad enough teaming Steve Mc up with Traceyluv but the Peter/Carla business is so tedious that I've started muting the sound when they are on screen together - I've never thought Carla fitted Corrie and the actresses voice is like fingernails drawn down a blackboard :-0 :-0

Let's be honest it could be half the village wot dunnit :-0 I've never been a big fan of Emmerdale,but Corrie is rubbish at the moment :-| so hooked on this storyline.

Morning All, well things are abit dire for Cain. He has a blood clot on the brain and they are operating on him, but he does come round, and fingers Jai.
The OH reckons it is a female what dunnit, or a very slight man.
