Ann it is annoying but they are trying to fix it,
and there is other sites you could go on and search etc, while this one is down,
but searches and messages on here can be sent once its fixed surely, a few days wont matter?
i duno maybe its because im a glas half full kinda girl, if i come on n its down, i just do other things,

Yes, patience is a virtue, but some people have limited time for access due to work commitments etc. Also, An*estry don't seem to have all this trouble.

i know its frustrating, as we pay for a service were not getting but it could be worse, and its not like were paying hundreds for the service, its coppers a week spread out,

like i said on there FB page i payed a lot more for my blackberry services and lost them for 3 days yes it was annoying but come on folks its not life threatening,

if its not workign go put the kettle on, run the hoover over, play on FB, and nip back and try again later :-D :-D :-D :-D

The site is not fixed, despite what last night's announcement said.

I still cannot access my family tree, getting various error messages. I tried to contact support, but I got an error message! :-|

I gave up yesterday as loading was so slow - it's even slower today!

Two attempts to sign in, I don't usually sign out but I'd been chucked off.

I wonder if some of the slow page changes, changing boards etc are to do with the adverts?

My machine seems to be stuck until the adverts are fully downloaded.

I'm still getting the error message all the time............ took me over an hour to post 2 messages this morning. :-(

Something seriously wrong with this site, I have just spent 40 minutes waiting for a message to be sent and still not sure it's gone. Then all I get is error messages, I don't know why we bother.

Me too!! had to sign in again this morning twice, and its very slow loading boards and switching over to the next page.

Its not quite fixed yet as its an age for the site to load home page even,and its not PC as other sites are fine and load in a blink of an eye.
