Just a little update and thanking you for your kind interest!

We have just brought our little girl home about two hours ago. She seems remarkably settled in such a short time. She is relieving herself outside and enjoying her hide chew (already almost devoured a huge one, she seems to be a chewer). My daughter said to remove it since too many might be bad for her, I just thought if it helped to relieve her anxiety then it might not be a bad thing the first day or two.

She is sitting quietly in the utility room with her bed. Doesn't have much interest in toys yet or even seem to know what a ball is. We had been told not to take her for a walk, other than the garden, but I just couldn't resist walking on into the field next to our home as she was so wanting to. She loved her first walk! Two happy girls tonight! :-D :-D <3

What a lovely ending, I hope she learns to play quickly, it sounds as if she has fallen on her feet. I remember seeing our Cocker Spaniel for the first time, she had been born the day before we saw her and we had waited over six months for her as we wanted a tricolour. I hope you have as much fun with her as we did with Debbie, the eight weeks waiting to bring her home were the longest ever but she was so worth it.
